This tutorial will guide you how to update your contact information in cPanel. It is important to keep your contact information up to date since our server uses this information to send critical email messages. Warnings about email accounts and domain or hosting update to give you time to take action before there is a critical issue.
This tutorial will consider that you are logged into your cPanel. If you are having trouble doing that, please see the tutorial named "How to Login to cPanel".
Scroll down the main page of your cPanel to the Preferences section. Click on the Update Contact Info.
This will take you to the screen where you can enter your new contact email address. You may also set other preferences here. When you are done, click Save, and all your new information is on record. Click HOME and return to the cPanel main page.
